Lindburg Torches Pride for 5 Hits Friday, September 11th , 2065 Frank Lindburg of the Canadians was unstoppable in today's 15-5 victory over the Cincinnati Pride at Vancouver Field. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Vancouver left fielder after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Frank Lindburg doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.
