Best ULE Reliever Named Friday, October 23rd , 2065 The East Reliever of the Year Award for 2065 has been bestowed on Montgomery Kings relief specialist Phil D'Andrea. The 27-year-old bullpen ace, out of Brownsville, Texas, nailed down the award with 15 saves in 45 relief appearances, 62 strikeouts in 52.1 innings and a record of 7 wins and 3 losses to go with his 1.20 ERA. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20.
