Hoffa Smashes 3 Homers for El Paso

Chris Hoffa was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 17-7 El Paso Express triumph at El Paso Park.
The 29-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Express past the Flagstaff Venom.
"One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Hoffa told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate."
The left fielder went 4-for-4, rung up 5 RBIs and scored 5 runs on his record-setting day.
Chris Hoffa hit a solo-shot off Ruben Organista in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 8th.
This season in 85 games, Hoffa is batting .271 with 32 home runs, 66 RBIs and has scored 54 times.
