Storm Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, September 16th , 2069 Savannah Storm manager called today a "dark day" for his club. The Storm were officially eliminated from playoff contention and will shift their focus to next season. "There are probably worse days in the history of the Savannah Storm, but right now this feels bad," said. Savannah last appeared in the postseason in 2065. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 23 times in their 53-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Storm have missed the playoffs 6 times. Savannah last won the Union Cup in 2036. |
