Mobile-Erie Free-for-All Gets 2-Game Suspensions Wednesday, July 22nd , 2065 Tommy Hutchesson of the Mobile Hammers and Juan Pacheco of the Erie Brigs got into a wrestling match yesterday at Hammers Field and now must pay the consequences for violating league rules. They have both been assessed 2-game suspensions by the league for inciting the heated altercation between the two clubs. Posting a .244 batting average to date, Hutchesson has 2 home runs and 18 RBIs. So far this season, Pacheco has a 5-0 won-lost record with no saves. He has made 21 relief appearances, logged 53 innings and fanned 61 batters while fashioning a 2.72 ERA and allowing the opposition a .209 batting average. |
