Players Suspended in Fighter Pilots-Lumberjacks Donnybrook Tuesday, August 25th , 2065 Miguel Buenrostro of the Caseyville Fighter Pilots and Jim Eastman of the Grand Junction Lumberjacks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 9 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Fighter Pilots-Lumberjacks game at Caseyville Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Buenrostro and Eastman will begin serving them soon. Thus far this year Buenrostro is batting .323 with 21 home runs, 67 RBIs and 73 runs scored. Thus far this season, Eastman has worked 116.1 innings with 91 strikeouts en route to a 6-8 record and a 6.50 ERA. |
