Buenrostro Takes Best Bat Award in August Tuesday, September 1st , 2065 Miguel Buenrostro may be much younger than other hitters in the West, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old Caseyville left fielder hit .372 with 6 home runs, 18 RBIs and 20 runs scored. So far on the season Buenrostro is hitting .323 with 21 home runs, 67 RBIs and 74 runs scored. He has 141 hits and played in 118 games. |
