Alldred Belts Bunch of Base Hits Wednesday, June 10th , 2048 Buffalo Beavers center fielder Gerry Alldred wielded a big stick today against the Hartford Yard Goats and his club walked off the field winners by the score of 26-4. Alldred helped tame Hartford with 5 hits in 7 at-bats. Gerry Alldred singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Bobby Hunt in the 6th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.
