No Late-Season Magic Coming: Santa Ana College Out of Playoffs Sunday, April 19th , 2065 It's a better-luck-next-year situation for the Santa Ana College Steelhawks, as the club today became mathematically eliminated from postseason consideration. Team manager said, "It's always a letdown" to miss the playoffs, but added that the club's effort was appreciated. Before this season, the Steelhawks last missed the playoffs in 2063. In the 49 years they have been a College League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 30 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Steelhawks have missed the playoffs 2 times. Santa Ana College last won the College Cup in 2062. |
