No Late-Season Magic Coming: Riverside HS Out of Playoffs Wednesday, April 21st , 2066 The Riverside HS Golden Hawks will have a "long time to dwell" on this season's failure to get into the postseason, according to third baseman Pat Thrasher. Still in the chase in the season's final days, the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention earlier today. Riverside HS last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 13th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 39 times in their 50-year history. |
