Ruggles Socks It to Gray Sox, Cracks 5 Hits Monday, March 18th , 2069 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Dennis Ruggles of the Buffalo HS Bisons had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate in his team's 15-13 win over the Loving HS Gray Sox at Gray Sox Park. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 14-year-old center fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Dennis Ruggles walked in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jeff Potts in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Sean Pick in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Chris Turnage in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
