Rogers Hits in 25 Consecutive Games

The number just keeps getting higher.
St. Louis HS third baseman George Rogers has now extended his hitting string to 25 games. He did it today with 1 hit in 4 at-bats as the St. Louis HS won the game, 11-2, over the Saskatoon HS Moose at St. Louis Ballpark.
"Who knows how long it will go on?" Saskatoon HS manager said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." George Rogers flied out in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
On the year, Rogers has hit .392 with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 23 runs.
