Buzzers Dominate, Sweep High School LCS Saturday, May 4th , 2069 The Kansas City HS Buzzers outclassed the Garrettsville HS River Cats in all facets of the game throughout the RL High School LCS. The end result was a Kansas City HS series sweep to advance to the High School Cup, capped off by a 11-9 win in the final game. "We're a bit surprised it's over in a sweep, to be honest with you," said left fielder Chris Clepper, who hit .375 in the series. Clepper's standout effort garnered him MVP honors. He also put up a .500 on-base percentage and had 3 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Kansas City HS Buzzers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Tucson HS Pioneers - Austin HS Anteaters series. Austin HS leads the series 2 games to 0.
