Top UBLW Reliever Honored Sunday, September 26th , 2066 The West Reliever of the Year Award for 2066 has been bestowed on Utah Rhinos relief specialist Luis Zepeda. The 30-year-old bullpen ace, out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, nailed down the award with 22 saves in 47 relief appearances, 68 strikeouts in 58.2 innings and a record of 7 wins and 3 losses to go with his 1.69 ERA. He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 20. Jim van Boselen of the Louisiana Admirals finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Joe Marcus of the Nebraska Terriers finished third.
