LLW Player of the Week Named Monday, August 31st , 2065 This week Brent Abel, left fielder for the Sanford Swamp Things, slashed, mashed and bashed his way to the West Player of the Week trophy. Abel put up a .429 average as he pounded out 12 hits, 4 home runs, 18 RBIs and scored 7 runs. For the season Abel has produced 128 hits in 458 at-bats for a .279 average with 22 home runs and gotten on base at a .402 clip. |
