LLE's #1 Player for 2068 Named Saturday, October 27th , 2068 He may have less experience than most of his Liberty League peers, but that didn't slow Mike Roberts down at all in 2068. At the age of 18, the Punta Gorda first baseman has been named the winner of the East Most Valuable Hitter. He had a .366 batting average and a .472 on-base percentage this year. In 137 games he piled up 181 hits, 37 doubles, no triples, 41 home runs, 114 RBIs and 114 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20.
