Ocala Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Thursday, August 22nd , 2069 The Ocala Pippins never had much playoff hope this season anyway, but now it's official -- the team has been mathematically eliminated from the postseason. Before this season, the Pippins last missed the playoffs in 2067. In the 53 years they have been a Liberty League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 25 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Pippins have only made the playoffs once. Ocala has won the Liberty Cup 4 times in their history. |
