LLE's Top Player, Hipkins of Bradenton Monday, June 15th , 2071 Speak softly and carry a big stick and you could win the East Player of the Week Award just like Kevin Hipkins. He really dazzled on the diamond this week with a .476 average to take home the trophy. The Bradenton left fielder went 10-for-21, drove in 7 runs, scored 5 times and hit 5 home runs. So far this season, Hipkins has 12 home runs and a .406 batting average. |
